So far so good!
I started on this a month ago. I am a very skeptical person, but it seemed right. I was getting up every 2 hours to urinate. I started this as well as a couple others for something else, and I kept a log in a drawer in the bathroom. It SEEMS to be slowly working. I have a lot of 3 hour time spans and some 4 hour time spans! If I am consistent with the 4 hour, I will be one happy dude!
