I take peppermint oil capsules at the recommendation of my doctor,for intestinal problems that produce gas, belching and flatulence. The problem was terribly embarrassing and traditional gas relief tablets were not helping. These capsules are particularly effective and have worked wonders for me! I need just one per day and the problem is controlled. This peppermint oil is amazing. I suffer from gas and bloating from prescription meds and this is the only stuff that completely and reliably gets rid of it.
