Instructions:
Pour les adultes, mélanger 1 à 2 gouttes d'Huile de menthe poivrée dans de l'eau tiède et boire le mélange, jusqu'à trois fois par jour, de préférence pendant un repas. Ne pas dépasser la dose recommandée.

Love to drink this in water!
I was looking for a less expensive alternative to the ingestible peppermint oil that I had purchased from one of the more expensive oil companies. I loved drinking it in my water but went through it way too fast. Also, the concentration of the other oil I had was such that if you go more than a single drop, it was overwhelming and difficult to drink even in 20 ounces of water. I decided to give this a try and LOVE it. It's not too strong and I'm able to put 2-3 drops in my 20 oz. GLASS water bottle and enjoy it for at least one or two refills before needing to add more. The price is great and I think the quality is good. Great addition to tea
Brought 1/1/2017 to add to my own detox tea which was green and chamomile tea, ginger and peppermint oil , cayenne pepper and apple cider vinger ( all purchased through piping rock). I bought this a month ago and tried it as an ant repellant. I mixed it with some liquid soap and lo and behold! I worked beautifully and left a wonderful scent. I've been making essential oil "spider spray" (insect repellant) for myself and my nephew and along the way stumbled upon Piping Rock in the hunt for the requisite oils! What a find! Great peppermint oil that you can ingest.
I love this peppermint oil. I put a few drops in a large glass of water and sip it throughout the day. It really calms my stomach and helps my digestive issues. Strong taste of peppermint
I bought this for digestive from food intolerances and have bought from pharmacy before that the IB guard which i couldn't afford to keep buying. It contains only peppermint oil so when i found this oil , i was very excited as the cost is very affordable and it is definitely pure oil. Even in water as it says, you definitely feel refreshed with only 2-3 drops.
