Instructions:
Pour les adultes, prendre 1 cuillère à soupe 1 à 3 fois par jour, de préférence pendant les repas. L'huile TCM peut être utilisée dans les vinaigrettes, les sauces ou pour la cuisson, comme source d'acides gras bénéfiques. Ne pas utiliser l'huile TCM pour faire frire.

It is exactly what it is claimed.
Bought this two months ago. As a chemist, I am curious about what I put into my mouth. First, I put the oil into refrigerator (40F), and it does not solidify. Coconut oil, from which MCT is extracted (I believe), typically solidifies around room temperature. The fact this MCT product has lower melting point suggests that the chain length is shorter (on the average) than coconut oil (I'm a chemist!). Second, I tasted the MCT alone. Well, it tastes like, oil. Third, I also counted the number of average carbon. MCT generally refers to carbon number from 6 to 12. This product has 8.3 average (if you want to know how to count, let me know). The whole point of MCT is to achieve lower carbon number (we are paying for it!) than other oil sources which typically have carbon number around 16 to 18, and cost way less. I would encourage vendors to find good ways to isolate/separate oils with even lower carbon numbers (such as 6? if anybody does know a source, let me know).Bought this two months ago. Great MCT Oil, Great Quality and Great Price!
I bought this specifically to make Bulletproof coffee(TM), and I can say it's great MCT oil. I like that it clearly states 60% Caprylic and 40% Capric acid. The brain octane(TM) oil is pure caprylic acid, so if you do the math this is MUCH cheaper to buy and get 60% caprylic for the price than to pay about 6x the price per oz. for the other 40% to be caprylic instead of capric acid. Besides, they all have health benefits they just won't specifically help as much with immediate ketosis as pure caprylic.I bought this specifically to make Bulletproof coffee(TM), and I can say it's great MCT oil. Great Size and Price.
I like this even better than the name brand MCT. This is 64oz for $25 and the name brand was almost $25 for 16oz . This one I bought here also has the amount of different MCT's and percentages. I take one tablespoon of this MCT oil in the morning and I can tell within about a half an hour that I feel sharper and more alert. I can tell when I miss it. Better for you than coconut oil
After hearing about this oil online, I decided to try it. Supposed to better for you than coconut oil, as a dietary supplement. Do the research on your own and decide if you want to try it. I do a teaspoon in my coffee.
